The apartment was super clean and had air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. There was a nice balcony with outdoor furniture facing the pool. Kitchen had essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, and stovetop. The pool area was lovely with plenty of sun loungers available. Staff were attentive, made everything easier.

Its location at a moderate distance from Cala Gran was excellent and lovely. Plus, it was so close to good restaurants, and restaurants, shops, bars, beaches.

Great location and comfy stay

We had a cozy studio for 5 nights. The place was super clean, and the pool area was always tidy. It was a short walk to the beach and nearby bars. Only downside was it got a bit noisy at night from a nearby karaoke bar. Grabbed drinks from the bar, reasonably priced. Perfect for self-catering too!

A value for money apartment-hotel complex, near the centre, close to restaurants, with swimming pool and a really big apartment. Breakfast was not included, but in fact you got everything for free except the bacon, eggs and sausages, which were excellent and a bargain. Parking out the back was free.

The tv was basic, and it took a while to figure out the key had to be slotted in to switch on the lights, but these were minor inconveniences. Really good value for money, especially for families on tight budgets.

Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries. The hotel is in a very good central location to shops and beaches. The resort is fairly safe for lone parents traveling with children and indeed families. Quantity of hotel restaurant was very good for choice and value.

I think the paying for sunbeds was a bit petty and could be worked in into your overall package price.

great place for city explorers and beach lovers

I loved how close the hotel was to Playa Cala D'or, just a short 500-meter stroll, and that we were surrounded by delicious dining options, like Tropical Garden right around the corner, perfect for fueling our adventures. As a family with children, the availability of a clean apartment with good kitchen facilities made our meals and snacks super convenient.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is good - not in the centre of Cala D'Or but within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the main beach. The kitchen area in the apartments was suprisingly well equipped - it would have been easy to make breakfast, lunch or a light evening meal. The two studio apartments were clean and reasonably comfortable. I felt that the accommodation overall was fair value for money.

We were travelling with two adult children and booked a 1 bed apartment for ourselves and a studio for the girls who wanted to keep costs down. Due to some problem we failed to get the 1 bed apartment requested and were instead allocated a studio, with an adjacent studio for the girls. There was a huge differential in the size of the accommodation - our studio on the top floor was much bigger whereas they had a much smaller area with two sofa beds which we had to arrange ourselves into an appropriate sleeping arrangement. We were charged the same amount for both rooms which seemed odd considering the comparative size of each but maybe this was because they had changed our booking. The pool area looked lovely but sunbeds were an extra charge! Our accommodation was not ready on our arrival in the early afternoon and we had to wait a couple of hours, but once ready it was clean and fairly comfortable. The bathrooms looked dated and in need of an upgrade but there was adequate hot water and clean towels. The room fans were noisy and not very effective.

Our apartment location was away from the swimming pool and from the main road. Quiet and cool... very relaxing. The hotel staff is Ok!

The swimming pool view late in the afternoon , is terrible ; it look likes a municipal pool ; the water is too hot and the space around always crowded and not so cleaned. We just took a 10 minute bath one time .. Much better in the nigth..

The beautiful beaches and convenient access to bars and restaurants made this an ideal spot. The apartment was very comfortable and well-equipped for self-catering, with great facilities like a charming pool and a small bar for quick snacks and drinks. Sunbeds were often available.

We were in a particularly good location just a pleasant stroll away from Cala Gran. The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a busy area. The restaurant was nice which had good food.

Excellent, rich buffet breakfast! Large room with a nice view to the swimming pool!

No heating possible in the room, only conditioner! No extra coverlet possible. As it was just 10-12C outside, it was rather cold in the room as well. Although during the summer time it's not a problem at all.
